Where have you been?
Yeah, where have you been? And where's the recipe for enchiladas verdes?
I got a promotion at work so I'm not as free as I once was to chitchat online while I answered phones. And I don't have the recipe, someone else made it (Cinco de Mayo restaurant in Willimantic, CT).
It's cold and it's wet and no one's in the kitchen making dinner. There's no Mexican food within 60 miles of our house, and now all I want to eat is Enchiladas Verdes!!!
